Helix Budget stores all your financial data—expenses, budgets, categories, and preferences—locally on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or store your personal financial information on any external server.
We do not collect, track, or share any personal data. There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party trackers embedded in the app. Your spending habits are yours alone.
Helix Budget is completely ad-free. We do not serve advertisements of any kind, and we do not partner with any advertising networks. Your experience is clean, private, and distraction-free.
If you choose to use optional features like Family Budget sharing, your data is synced through secure, encrypted channels (Supabase with row-level security) and is only accessible to family members you explicitly invite. You can delete your synced data at any time. These features are entirely opt-in—the app works fully offline without them.
Helix Budget offers an optional Pro upgrade through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment details.
The app may fetch publicly available currency exchange rates from third-party APIs to support multi-currency budgeting. These requests do not include any personal or financial information—only the currency pair being queried.
All AI-powered features (smart categorization, spending insights, budget predictions) run entirely on your device. Your financial data is never sent to external AI services or cloud models for processing.
Helix Budget is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If we update this privacy policy, changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Since we don't collect your data, we have no way to notify you directly—please check back periodically.
